? Salary: R9,500 – R11,500 (Negotiable DOE) | ? Live-Out
? Key Responsibilities:
? Welcome and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a warm, professional first impression
? Provide concierge-style support, including reservations, transport, and activity planning
? Ensure smooth day-to-day guest relations across the estate
? Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver exceptional service
? Support front office operations, including check-ins and check-outs
? Liaise with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs
✅ Requirements:
? Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Professional presentation and attention to detail
? Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
? Knowledge of the local area and attractions is beneficial
? Own transport preferred due to live-out nature of the role
