? Salary: R6,000 – R7,000 (Negotiable DOE) | ? Live-Out
? Meal Allowance: R22.50 per shift (for salaries below R25,000)

? Key Responsibilities:

? Greet and seat guests professionally and warmly

? Present menus, take orders, and ensure timely service

? Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings

? Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained

? Maintain high standards of personal presentation and service etiquette

? Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and politely

Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations

? Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow

Requirements:

? Previous experience in fine dining or upmarket restaurant

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong attention to detail and guest-focused approach

? Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous

? Well-groomed and professional appearance

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

? Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
