Housekeeper

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating immaculate, welcoming spaces for guests.

? Salary: R5,800 – R6,000 per month (Negotiable DOE) | ? Live-Out

? Key Responsibilities:

? Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard

? Maintain cleanliness and organisation in laundry, linen, and storerooms

? Restock supplies and amenities as needed

? Report maintenance issues and follow up for resolution

? Assist with deep cleans and special cleaning projects

Uphold hygiene and safety regulations at all times

? Work collaboratively with housekeeping team and other departments

Ensure attention to detail in room and common area presentation

? Provide courteous and discreet service to guests

Requirements:

? Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in luxury hospitality

? Physically fit and able to manage the demands of the role

? High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail

? Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

? Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Able to work independently and as part of a team
