Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This role is perfect for someone with fine dining experience who thrives in leading a front-of-house team.

? Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month (Negotiable DOE) | ? Live-Out
? Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth service
? Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team
? Assist with staff training, development, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
? Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest queries
? Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service
? Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies
? Ensure accurate cash-ups, billing, and POS management
? Support Restaurant Manager with operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in luxury hospitality
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
? Professional appearance and demeanour
? Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
? Wine knowledge advantageous
