Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a professional housekeeping team and ensure every guest space is immaculate and welcoming.

? R15,000 – R18,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-Out
? Meal Allowance: R22.50 per shift
? Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
? Allocate duties and monitor staff performance for efficiency and quality
? Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
? Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and linen
? Liaise with the maintenance team regarding identified issues
? Train new staff and support ongoing development of the team
? Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Excellent organisational, time-management, and leadership skills
Professional communication and demeanour
Proficient in basic computer skills and housekeeping management systems
Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
