Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and hands-on General Worker to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about landscaping, sustainability, and working outdoors.

? R5,800 – R6,000 (Negotiable DOE) |  Live-Out

? Key Responsibilities:

? Maintain gardens and landscaped areas, ensuring plant health and visual appeal

? Mix soils and fertilizers, propagate seedlings and cuttings

 Operate gardening tools and equipment safely

? Participate in general farm and landscaping duties as assigned

? Prevent damage to tools and equipment and minimise supply losses

Adhere to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

Matric certificate advantageous

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Knowledge of planting, maintaining plants, and assessing soil health

Strong teamwork and proactive work ethic

Clear and timely communication skills
