Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining five-star standards.

? Key Responsibilities:
? Facilitate seamless guest experiences through proactive planning and in-stay support
Address and escalate guest complaints promptly
? Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements
? Ensure all guest-facing staff maintain professional appearance and dress code
? Uphold disciplinary codes and liaise closely with Finance & Reservations
? Schedule and conduct training to improve service delivery
? Manage Front Office floats, reconciliations, and supplier accounts
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager
Experience in a 5-star hotel environment advantageous
Proficient in Protel and MS Office
Matric qualification; tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management
Valid driver’s license
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven with strong team leadership skills
Certification in First Aid, Firefighting, or Health & Safety is a plus
