We are seeking a motivated and reliable Wine Lounge Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring the Wine Lounge is clean, well-prepared, and ready to provide guests with an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

• Clean the kitchen and front-of-house areas.

• Clear tables of glasses, plates, and other items.

• Deliver platters from the kitchen to guests.

• Assist the Wine Lounge cook with plating, polishing glasses, and washing dishes.

• Collect and restock water bottles.

• Empty bins before and after service.

• Keep kitchen fridges stocked.

• Set up outdoor tables in the mornings.

• Polish spittoons and maintain presentation standards.

• Ensure all displays are fresh, clean, and visually appealing.

• Provide guests with an outstanding experience at all times.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and experiences offered in the Wine Lounge.

Requirements

• Own or reliable transport.

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Comfortable interacting with distinguished clientele.

• Professional appearance and presentation.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
