An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced IT Security & Systems Administrator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing, maintaining, and optimizing all IT infrastructure while ensuring business continuity and system resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly vulnerability scans and resolve security risks.
• Propose and implement upgrades to safeguard infrastructure.
• Secure and manage Office 365 Cloud Services.
• Manage antivirus, cybersecurity software, and endpoint security.
• Conduct penetration testing and deploy decoy systems.
• Configure, monitor, and manage SIEM tools.
• Set up and maintain firewalls, malware protection, servers, domain controllers, POS, and accounting systems.
• Support the Senior IT Systems Administrator with all related tasks.
• Liaise with third-party cybersecurity service providers.

Additional Duties

• Install, configure, and provide support for hardware and software.
• Monitor and manage operating systems and backups.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure network uptime.
• Maintain cloud-based phone systems and Wi-Fi networks.
• Administer and maintain Office 365 user accounts.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Cyber Security/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
• 7–10 years’ experience in Cyber Threat/IT Risk Management (preferred).
• Microsoft certifications (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, patch management, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
