Haute Cabriere Tasting Room runners

Haute Cabrière has three vacancies for Runners for the Tasting Room for the upcoming season, on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Physical stamina - ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items such as bottles or stock
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to ensure that the tasting room is kept tidy and well maintained
• Customer service skills would be an advantage
• A passion for wine and the local wine industry would be a plus
• Team player - willingness to cooperate with tasting room servers and manage multiple tasks and orders simultaneously

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a clean and organised tasting room, set up and clear tables and ensure that all facilities are presentable
• Assist the servers and other hospitality team members during busy times to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Assist in management of stock, retail items and wines and provide support if requested with routine sales transactions
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism and assist in ensuring overall guest satisfaction
