Harvest Internship – 2026 Vintage Minimalist Wines | Cape Town Urban Winery

We are Cape Town’s newest Urban Winery, based in the heart of Gardens. Our focus is simple: Syrah, and only Syrah. With a philosophy of giving respect to the vineyards through a gentle hand in the cellar, we are looking for a motivated Harvest Intern to join us for the 2026 vintage (February – April).

Responsibilities

• Grape intake, quality control, and processing

• Fermentation management

• Daily cellar operations 

• Routine analysis and fermentation tracking

• Equipment cleaning and sanitation

Candidate Profile

• Previous harvest/cellar experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Tertiary education in winemaking/viticulture or related field advantageous

• Willingness to work long hours and thrive in a small, hands-on team
