We’re looking for a dynamic Lifestyle Host, Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team at Croydon Vineyard Estate (Residential Estate). This exciting role combines front-of-house hospitality with event planning and marketing for owners & residents – the perfect fit for a people person who loves variety and thrives in a busy, social environment.
Location: Croydon Vineyard Estate
Salary: Between R15 000 and R18 000 per month (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming face of our Lifestyle Centre, hosting residents and visitors.
- Organise and deliver lifestyle events, functions and community activities.
- Host wine tastings, promote Croydon Vineyard Estate wines and manage bar & wine sales.
- Coordinate marketing of events via social media and resident communication platforms.
- Oversee stock control, petty cash, and supplies for smooth operations.
- Supervise and guide staff during events and daily operations.
- Ensure the Lifestyle Centre, gym and pool are always presented at their best.
What We’re Looking For
- Matric (Grade 12) – tertiary or hospitality studies a plus.
- Events and/or hospitality experience (essential).
- Strong organisational and communication skills (Afrikaans & English).
- Friendly, professional and service-driven personality.
- Computer literate (POS systems & social media skills required).
- Own transport and valid driver’s licence.
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and public holidays (with time off during the week).
What We Offer
