Landskroon - Temporary Tasting Room Assistants

An exciting opportunity exists for individuals to assist with the tasks related to a Temporary Tasting Room Assistants to work over weekends and during the week on an ad hoc basis as required, at our prestigious tasting room at Landskroon. The successful candidate should be energetic, passionate about wine and have the professionality to work with clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and upselling of wines and merchandise to customers;
• Hosting, preparing and presenting the tastings to clients;
• Assist with the events and special functions in the Tasting Room;
• General housekeeping & cleaning tasks in the Tasting Room;

 Minimum Qualifications and Skills requirements:

• Grade 12;
• Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English;
• Basic wine knowledge and experience (advantageous);
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills – with guests, management, and colleagues;
• Well-groomed and presentable;
• Reliable and dependable;
• Effective and dedicated team player;
