Temporary Tasting Room Assistants

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable temporary Tasting Room Temporary Assistants to join our team for the upcoming season on an adhoc basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wine industry, work in a beautiful setting, and be part of a dynamic, welcoming team. As a Tasting Room Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations across our tasting rooms, helping create memorable experiences for every guest. The position is located in Robertson and is to assist in various Tasting Rooms of the Group, Including Van Loveren, @Four Cousins and Zandvliet.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and upselling of wines and merchandise to customers;
• Hosting, preparing and presenting the tastings to clients;
• Assist with the events and special functions in the Tasting Room;
• General housekeeping & cleaning tasks in the Tasting Room;

 Minimum Qualifications and Skills requirements:

• Grade 12;
• Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English;
• Basic wine knowledge and experience (advantageous);
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills – with guests, management, and colleagues;
• Well-groomed and presentable;
• Reliable and dependable;
• Effective and dedicated team player;
• Preferably your own reliable transport
