Busy family wine estate restaurant looking for a Restaurant Manager

Le Pommier Wine Estate situated outside Stellenbosch has the above position available.

Our ideal candidate is experience in restaurant Management, well-presented, well-spoken and very detail oriented.  He or she can work in a structured and organised way and with a hands-n approach in a calm, focused manner.  Own Transport Essential.

SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Leadership skills
• Experience in POS software and Microsoft Office
• Detail-orientated and accurate
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Calm under pressure.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years experience in a restaurant or a related field; or a tersiary qualification and at least 1-year related experience.
