We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the operations of our 87-hectare wine grape farm. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years’ experience in vineyard management and a proven track record of delivering on quality and production targets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and manage permanent staff while coordinating seasonal labor.
  • Ensure strict adherence to viticultural practices that meet quality objectives for premium wine production.
  • Oversee irrigation, fertilization, canopy management, pest and disease control, and harvest planning.
  • Implement cost management strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with agricultural, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Report on yields, budgets, and farm performance to management.
 
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of viticulture and wine grape quality standards.
  • Ability to balance operational execution with financial discipline.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
