Franschhoek 
Holden Manz Wine Estate, situated in Franschhoek, South Africa, is currently looking for harvest interns for the 2026 harvest. We produce world-class premium red, white and rosé wines. Willingness to work overtime and weekends where necessary is important. We offer accommodation on the property as well as lunch from Monday to Friday.
Dates:
Start: Beginning of February 2026
End: End of April 2026/ End of March 2026 depending on vintage
Key Responsibilities:
Interns will be involved in, but not limited to:
- Grape intake, quality control and processing
- Fermentation management
- Daily cellar operations, including racking, pump-overs, pressing and barrel work
- Equipment cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Vineyard sampling where necessary
- Following all winery’s protocols accurately
