We are seeking a passionate and professional Spa & Wellness Associate to join a luxury spa environment. The role involves delivering a range of treatments to ensure guests enjoy a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. You will work closely with the spa team to maintain high standards and contribute to a seamless guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, and advanced beauty treatments.
Perform treatments with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Assess guest needs and customize treatments according to preferences and skincare requirements.
Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide professional recommendations.
Assist with reception duties when required, including guest check-ins, scheduling, and processing payments.
Handle calls, emails, and bookings professionally and efficiently.
Provide guests with clear information on spa services and guide them throughout their journey.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Adhere to all health and safety standards during treatments.
Requirements
A recognized two-year national or international certificate or diploma in beauty therapy.
Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment is advantageous.
Strong skills across all spa treatments, including advanced skincare, body therapies, and nail treatments.
Computer literate with knowledge of booking systems.
Fluent in English (Afrikaans or an additional language is an advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
