General Manager Hospitality – Paarl

A dynamic farm in Paarl is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all operations across its multi-faceted hospitality and lifestyle businesses, including a restaurant, boutique hotel, deli, and events venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all business units.
• Oversee finance, budgets, and reporting to ensure profitability.
• Lead HR functions: recruitment, performance management, training, and culture.
• Drive marketing, branding, and partnerships to grow visibility and sales.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and consistent service standards.
• Manage supplier relations, stock control, and procurement.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, legal, and sustainability standards.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 8–10 years’ senior management experience in hospitality, estate, or multi-unit operations.
• Strong financial acumen and HR expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy, commercially minded, and guest-focused.
