Lodge Manager – Boutique Hotel (Paarl)

We are seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of a 6-room boutique hotel forming part of a luxury hospitality space that also includes a restaurant , Deli and Events venue. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, profitable operations.

Candidate Profile

• Hospitality diploma/degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ management experience in boutique hotels, lodges, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong track record in pre-openings highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
• Financial acumen with exposure to budgeting and reporting.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
• Tech-savvy with PMS/reservations experience.
• Flexible and available for events and guest requirements outside standard hours.
