The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Farm Administrative Coordinator to serve as the operational heart of our farm office.
This is a key support role for our management team, perfect for a skilled administrator who understands farm life and is ready to take on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for farm staff and maintain accurate employee records under the guidance of the Financial Manager.
Assist in preparing for all farm-related audits (financial, safety, compliance) by organizing necessary documents and data.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm office, including orders, invoices and supplies.
Act as a central point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors.
Identify and suggest innovative ideas to improve administrative efficiency and record-keeping.
Maintain and organize critical farm records, from inventory reports to compliance documentation.
Who You Are:
An experienced administrator looking to apply your skills in a dynamic agricultural setting.
Proficient with numbers, payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
You have a practical understanding of farm operations and terminology—this is essential.
A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
An active and reliable team player with strong communication skills.
You are eager to learn, take initiative, and support the farm's leadership.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
Experience with payroll processing is highly desirable.
Must be familiar with and passionate about the farming industry.
