We are looking for a warm, professional and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a memorable, fun and educational experience for every Guest, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.

Key responsibilities are:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
-
Escort guests to their tables and introduce their waitron
- Manage reservations, confirm bookings and monitor waiting lists
-
Monitor and respond to customer queries via phone, email and online platforms
-
Reply to all customer reviews on Dineplan
-
Perform daily opening/closing duties and stock takes
-
Provide support to wait staff and tasting room team as needed
-
Occasionally assist with food service, explaining dishes and recommending wines
- Assist the Restaurant & Tasting Room Manager with daily operations
