A leading manufacturing company is looking for a proactive HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with HR professionals and plant leadership, supporting daily HR operations, employee relations, and compliance on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Support various HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, maintaining personnel records, ensuring compliance, tracking attendance and scheduling, coordinating employee engagement and safety training, managing HR data and audits, and providing administrative assistance for performance management and training programs.

Candidate Profile

This ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a degree/diploma in HR or a related field, with a strong interest in the manufacturing industry. They should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and comfortable working in both office and plant-floor environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; HRIS experience is a plus.
