I’m a South African diploma-qualified wine production graduate with hands-on experience in vineyard and winery operations. I’ve completed multiple harvests and a full vineyard season at small estates in the UK (Rock Lodge Vineyard & Oastbrook Estate), and recently relocated back to South Africa to expand my understanding of warm-climate wine production.

What I’m Looking For
Seasonal or fixed-term roles starting immediately
Positions in vineyards, harvest teams, or cellar operations
Opportunities to contribute to all stages of production and keep learning on the job

Key Skills
Vineyard: Spur/cane/Guyot pruning, shoot positioning, canopy management, crop thinning, tractor work
Harvest: Grape intake, fermentation prep, yeast/nutrient additions, pump-overs, sampling
Winery: Press work, barrel filling, racking, cellar hygiene, Brix/pH testing
Lab awareness: Hydrometer, refractometer, pH meter, record-keeping
Comfortable with long shifts, teamwork, and physically demanding tasks
