Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a friendly and efficient Ice-Cream Vendor to join a luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience at the ice-cream station.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up the ice-cream station each morning
Prepare and serve ice-cream desserts to guests
Assist guests with their orders and provide recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stand, including sanitising the work area
Take inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock of supplies
Store all ingredients appropriately in the relevant kitchens
Operate the card machine and process payments accurately
Report daily transactions to the manager for processing into the POS
Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
Preferably 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service focus
Basic maths skills and attention to detail
Self-disciplined, productive and efficient
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Flexible and accountable
Package:
