Key Responsibilities:
Assist with any reasonable requests from management
Support waiters and cover duties as required
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pass areas
Ensure all mise en place is complete and ready for service
Polish plates, copper bowls, and cutlery for service
Safely carry trays with food and beverages
Be knowledgeable about the menu and estate offerings
Keep track of all table numbers
Assist chefs in the kitchen as needed
Sort and organise empty wine bottles and storage areas
Place orders for condiments with the chefs
Provide general support to the restaurant team
Requirements:
Preferably 1–2 years’ previous experience as a pass runner, in a restaurant or kitchen environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with distinguished clientele
Well-presented, flexible, accountable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong planning and organisational skills
