Reservations Manager - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations Department at a prestigious luxury property. This is an opportunity for a dynamic professional with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in reservations management.

Salary market related and negotiable

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Reservations Manager in a luxury/5-star environment

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

• Knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel booking systems (Protel Air or similar)

• Guest-focused with exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient in MS Office & Excel

• Relevant tertiary qualification
