We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant

  • Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team

  • Maintain high service and presentation standards

  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and special events

  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
