The Worker & Driver plays a dual role at Vin Wine Services.

In the mornings and evenings, the driver is responsible for safely transporting the team to and from worksites.
During the day, the worker actively participates in bottling, labelling, and rework operations, contributing to the delivery of high-quality service to our winery partners.

Location: Paarl, Western Cape
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours: 05:30 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Bottling, Labelling & Reworks

  • Operate on the bottling and labelling lines as part of a production team.

  • Assist with reworks, including:

    • Picking and packing bottles.

    • Applying or correcting labels, waxing when needed.

    • Quality control and inspection tasks.

  • Follow production instructions and maintain efficiency on the line.

  • Handle physical tasks (bending, lifting, and carrying as required)

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Driving & Transport (as required)

  • Safely collect team members in the morning and drop them off after work.

  • Operate company vehicles in compliance with road regulations.

  • Maintain valid PDP license and ensure all transport logs are accurate.

  • Uphold safety standards during transport of people and/or goods.

Working Conditions

  • This job includes long hours and early starts are required (05:30 – 18:00).

  • Work involves repetitive tasks and physical labour

  • Team-oriented environment with strict deadlines and quality requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit).

  • Previous experience in manual or production line work an advantage.

  • Physically fit and able to perform labour-intensive tasks.

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
