Tasting Room Casual Staff - Franschhoek

We are looking for casual staff to assist us on Saturdays, busy periods and holidays. We are looking for friendly, out going people with a passion for customer service to assist us on busy days in our Tasting Room in the Franschhoek Bo Hoek area (Green Valley Road).

You will initially act as a runner assisting with preparing the Tasting Room for daily service, setting and clearing tables, polishing glasses, packing and carrying orders and pouring wines when required.

As you grow in experience and your knowledge of our wines and the stories behind the wines, you will have the opportunity to step up to presenting wine tastings and selling wine.

Requirements:

• Reliable
• Own Transport to and from Stony Brook
• Good command of English-most of our clients are from overseas, so excellent English is important
• Availability on weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
• Well Presented
• Positive attitude
• Team Player

Advantageous:

• Previous service experience
• Wine knowledge
