About the Role:

As a Waiter at Muratie, you will deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcome and enjoys an outstanding dining experience. You will be the link between our kitchen, wine offerings, and guests, contributing to the estate’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with menu and wine recommendations, enhancing their overall experience.
• Set up and maintain tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
• Support estate events and functions as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanour.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
• Knowledge of wine service is an essential.
