Neil Ellis Wines are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef.
 
The successful candidate would need the following attributes and skills:
 
- Creative and hands-on approach to food preparation.
- Strong culinary and operations skill set
- Passionate about cooking and cares about a curated guest experience.
- Experience in a high-end, bistro-style environment with the necessary qualification will be advantageous.
- This role requires basic computer literacy, including managing stock.
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
