Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations, prep, and service
- Uphold culinary standards and visual presentation
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff with professionalism
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and stock management protocols are met
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative flair with a disciplined approach to execution
- Familiarity with wine pairing and elegant plating
