Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily operations, prep, and service
  • Uphold culinary standards and visual presentation
  • Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff with professionalism
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and stock management protocols are met

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Creative flair with a disciplined approach to execution
  • Familiarity with wine pairing and elegant plating
  • Calm under pressure, with a commitment to excellence
