JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure highest quality and quantity production by managing teams effectively through human resource planning, training and development, ensuring accurate spray program implementation, water control as well as general housekeeping.

• Basic citrus knowledge

• Leadership

• Chemicals and fertilizer

• Botonny

• Tree growth phases

• Mechanical knowledge

• Sprays

• Labour relations

• Water irrigation

SKILLS:

• Computer skills

• Excel, Outlook, Word

• Paltrack

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Gr.12

• Diploma in Agriculture (ideal)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• Citrus background ideal

• 2 years Foreman

• 2 years Junior Farm Managerial experience

• 2 years Senior Managerial experience
