JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the highest quality and quantity production by managing teams effectively through human resource planning, training and development, ensuring accurate spray program implementation, water control as well as general housekeeping.

    • Farm Management software

    • Paltrack

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  •  Gr.12
  • Diploma in Agriculture (ideal)
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

    • Citrus background ideal

    • 2 years Foreman

    • 1 years Farm Manager managerial experience
