Nestled in the heart of the Durbanville Wine Valley, this distinguished winery presents exceptional guest experiences. Amidst the picturesque vineyards, our client’s esteemed restaurant showcases a daily blackboard menu featuring delicious farm-style cuisine.

We have exciting career building opportunities for talented Chefs to join our client’s remarkable team.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

• Chef de Partie and

• Demi Chefs

The successful individuals will have a minimum of three to four years of experience as CDP, demonstrating a robust culinary skill set. A passion for hospitality and food production, coupled with self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure, are essential qualities.

• Experience in both hot and cold sections, as well as exceptional operational and leadership abilities, are crucial.

Key Duties: These will be thoroughly discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification in Professional Cookery preferred

• Previous experience gained in a high-end restaurant environment

• Own Transport and valid driver’s license beneficial

• Stable track record

• Candidates already residing in the local vicinity of Durbanville, will receive preference
