Harvest Intern (2026)

We are looking for a motivated Harvest Interns to join our team from January 2026 to March 2026. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of wine making during the busy harvest period.

Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Assisting winemakers as required
Assisting with stock control
Crushing and pressing cellar and related activities during harvest
Ensuring all quality systems are maintained and followed
Vineyard berry sampling

Experience and minimum requirements
Experience in a pressing cellar as a student will be advantageous
Ability to work independently
Physically healthy and strong
The ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work long hours as per operational requirements

Qualification
Studying towards or already in possession of BSc degree or Elsenburg Diploma in Cellar Technology.
