Role Exposure
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in:
- Stocking and managing a wine cellar
- Purchasing, negotiations, and allocations with estates, domaines, and châteaux
- Conducting wine and beverage tastings
- Designing food and wine pairings
- Advising guests and clients on wine selections
- Understanding the winemaking process across different wine regions
- Determining wine faults and maintaining proper temperatures to showcase wines at their maximum potential
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English and basic French (DELF A1 from Alliance Française or willing to study further)
- WSET Level 2 (preferred) and eager to pursue WSET Diploma or equivalent studies
- Passionate about wine, service, and continuous learning
- Emotionally mature, independent, inquisitive, reliable
- A problem-solver with perseverance and determination
- Someone who embraces life with enjoyment, passion, and innovation

- Valid passport and ability to obtain a work visa this includes an unabridged birth certificate (support will be provided)
