Seeking experienced runners within the hospitality industry

We are currently seeking experienced runners to be based at our wine estate within the hospitality industry. The runner is responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard of cleaning/serving/support in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

As a leading wine estate we pride ourselves on service standards such as cleanliness, professionalism, etiquette and punctuality.

PLEASE NOTE OWN TRANSPORT TO AND FROM WORK IS REQUIRED

Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the customers' tables
• Ensure that orders are accurate and food is presented correctly
• Assisting wine ambassadors with what they require
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including clearing and resetting tables and disposing of trash
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Work efficiently to meet peak demand periods and maintain a high level of service

Qualifications

• Experience as a Runner essential
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
