We are currently seeking experienced Hostess to be based at our wine estate within the hospitality industry. The Hostess is responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard of Guest Relations in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

As a leading wine estate we pride ourselves on service standards such as cleanliness, professionalism, etiquette and punctuality.

PLEASE NOTE OWN TRANSPORT TO AND FROM WORK IS REQUIRED.

Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Greets and welcomes arriving guests
  • Escorts customers to their tables or the waiting area
  • Takes reservations and assigns guests on the waiting list
  • Answers phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Assists restaurant staff when necessary
  • Maintains clean and organized tables, chairs, and dining sets
  • Provides menu and server information

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Hostess essential
  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
