Join the pre-opening team of our Client’s exquisite New High-End Restaurant in the Cape Winelands

 Our client, is a Premier Wine Estate in the heart of the Cape Winelands and renowned for its exceptional guest experiences and dedication to quality.

 We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned SOUS CHEF and experienced CHEF DE PARTIE to join the pre-opening team of our client’s exquisite new high-end restaurant, scheduled to open in November 2025. The restaurant will feature an exciting multi-choice menu based on quality seasonal ingredients.

The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional culinary, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, possesses strong leadership qualities, and excels in high-pressure environments.

Position Requirements / Skills / Experience: 

  • Qualification in Professional Cookery
  • Sous Chef: At least 3-5 year’s Sous Chef experience in a sophisticated restaurant environment, strong culinary skill and ability to manage budgets and costings, strong operational skillset, staff development and management
  • CDP: At least 3-4 years on CDP level in a sophisticated dining environment
  • Stable track record

 START: November 2025
