About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the high culinary standards of our establishment, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen is of exceptional quality, beautifully presented, and aligned with our brand standards.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll oversee a specific section of the kitchen and support the smooth running of daily service. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistency, creativity, and efficiency across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to our established recipes and standards.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs and junior staff within your section.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety always.
- Manage stock rotation, portion control, and ingredient ordering for your section.
- Assist in menu development and seasonal updates.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.
Requirements
- A formal culinary qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavour pairing, and plating presentation.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain consistency during high-volume service.
- A passion for fresh, local ingredients and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
