Pick Me Recruitment is seeking a vibrant Junior Guesthouse Manager to join their driven team. We are seeking an individual who is highly guest and service centric, with previous experience in a guesthouse management role. Applicants need to reside in the Winelands area.

Attributes, Experience and Qualification:

• Matric

• Hospitality Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution beneficial

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Afrikaans

• Own vehicle and valid driver's license beneficial

• Accounting and Financial acumen

• Hands-on approach to daily operations

• Highly Guest and Service orientated

• Attention to detail, mature, sophisticated

• Excellent guest relations skills

• Crises Management skills

• Must be able to multi-task

• Must be flexible and adaptable

• Knowledge of the local restaurants and attractions

• Must be able to plan and organise effectively

• Excellent time management

• Computer literate
