SALT ROCK WINES located on the edge of Stellenbosch and Somerset west is seeking an motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team for the 2026 harvest season.This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the winemaking process — from grape intake and fermentation management to cellar operations. The selected intern wil have oppertunity to work with grapes from several regions in the Western Cape. This is a custom crush facility and there are several up and coming young winemakers under one roof. Salary will be based on experience.Requirements:A strong interest in viticulture and oenology.Willingness to work long hours during peak harvest periods.Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environmentOwn reliable transport.Own accomodation.
