We’re looking for an Event & Venue Coordinator with a love for detail, design, and unforgettable guest experiences to join our passionate team in the Winelands.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the heartbeat of our events operation, managing wedding and event enquiries from first contact to final farewell
- Conduct inspiring site visits and guide clients through the planning process with care and creativity
- Prepare quotations, booking contracts, and coordinate all required payments
- Collaborate with planners, caterers, and trusted suppliers to ensure every element comes together flawlessly
- Oversee deliveries, setups, and on-the-day execution — managing staff and timelines seamlessly
- Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and ensure every client feels valued and supported
- Handle post-event breakdowns, final invoicing, and follow-ups
- Support the Venue Manager with administrative tasks and client communication
- Coordinate social media content, capturing and sharing the essence of each event across our platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years’ experience in event or wedding coordination
- Strong organisational and client relationship skills
- A creative eye and confident understanding of social media trends and storytelling
- Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Own transport essential
- Willingness to work weekends, shifts, and occasional overtime
