Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations: rooms, housekeeping, front office, and breakfast/food service

Lead, train, and inspire a motivated, high-performing team

Manage budgets, monitor revenue, and report to owners

Drive marketing, partnerships, and online presence

Maintain TGCSA 4-star standards, compliance, and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

3+ years’ proven experience in guesthouse or hotel management
-
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in NightsBridge, Booking.com Extranet, OTA tools & MS Office

Proactive, hands-on, and guest-oriented
