FOH Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and polished front of house assistant to become an integral part of the service team. You will have a warm and confident personality and a strong sense of professionalism.

key responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Liaising with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout service
• Handling guest feedback with grace and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within an upscale restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Knowledge of high-end etiquette and premium wines (WSET or wine training advantageous)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, resourceful, quick thinking & lead by example
• Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays (excluding 25 December & 1 January)
  Wednesday – Sunday – variable hours during season
