Harvest Interns 2026 - Babylonstoren

In the heart of the Cape Winelands, Babylonstoren offers a truly unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a world-class cellar surrounded by breathtaking vineyards, gardens, and mountains. Interns will be involved in all aspects of winemaking from vineyard predictions and samples, to monitoring fermentation, additions, pumpovers and wine movements etc.

What We Require:

• A relevant degree in Viticulture, Oenology, or related field.

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, during peak season.

• Energy, enthusiasm, and a team-focused mindset.
