Fort Simon Wine Estate, situated in the Bottelary Hills of Stellenbosch, offers independent winemakers and boutique producers the opportunity to lease production space in our fully equipped 842 m² bonded cellar.
The cellar is divided into 20% portions (± 40 tons grape capacity), allowing each winemaker to operate independently while sharing access to premium facilities and bonded-compliance administration.
