We are seeking a professional, well-spoken Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to be the welcoming face of our estate. The role involves greeting guests, handling calls, and providing general information about our facilities and experiences. Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and assist guests on arrival. Handle all incoming calls and route them appropriately. Manage bookings and communicate with security and departments. Assist with guest queries and ensure excellent service delivery. Maintain accurate records and ensure communication flows smoothly. Requirements: Matric essential; hospitality certificate advantageous. 1–2 years’ experience in reception or switchboard operations. Strong communication and telephone etiquette. Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook). Presentable, reliable, and customer-focused. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
